The 2nd BioAssembler Consortium Meeting took place in the beautiful city of Coimbra between the 9th and 10th of October.

The meeting was full of exciting discussions about each work package with members of VTT, Biomensio Ltd., Jobst Technologies, Abcalis, the University of Vienna and the Centre for Social Studies of Coimbra. Everyone could present their research and get feedback from the other participants. We keep working together to bring innovation in the MEMS sensors field a step further. The scientific bond between the natural sciences and social sciences provides results, as can be attested by the conferences attended and articles produced by the Consortium during its first year.

The stay in Coimbra was so much fun; what a vibrant place full of academic tradition with enriching cultural activities to all tastes.

We look forward to the 3rd BioAssembler Consortium Meeting scheduled for 2024 in Vienna, Austria.
