This deliverable provides information on the strategies adopted for designing DNA Zipcodes by VTT and the University of Vienna. This objective is associated with task 4.2 of Work Package 4 (DNA Zipcoding).
The document presents and discusses the main results of hybridization experiments with candidate sequences. Also, some results of optimization experiments of synthesis parameters are discussed, accompanied by a brief overview of strategies intended for implementation to enhance selectivity.
